Custom Tooling
- Die design support: send your cross-section (CAD) and service conditions; we advise lay-up, resin system and die geometry.
- Material & heating: steel die material selection, heating-zone layout, preformer and entrance/exit geometry.
- Tolerances: dimensional tolerances follow ASTM D3917 (active).
- Process coverage: dies designed for UP, EP and PU processes.
