Epoxy (EP) Pultrusion Profiles
Epoxy pultrusion profiles are engineered for higher mechanical performance and adhesion-critical joints, with the highest tensile and flexural efficiency of the three standard systems.
Typical Range

| Item | Industry-typical range |
|---|---|
| Standard cross-sections | Rods Φ10–Φ50 mm; tubes; structural I/T/L sections — custom to drawing |
| Standard length | 6 m, cut to order |
| Glass content | 65–80 wt% (subject to our confirmed products) |
| Resin | Bisphenol-A epoxy + amine hardener system |
| Typical use | Structural reinforcement, bonded joints, high-stiffness frames |
| Colors | Natural amber / black standard; customization 【TBD】 |
Industry-typical reference values, subject to our confirmed products and mill test reports. Do not treat as guaranteed specification.
Resin Note
EP outperforms UP in strength, modulus and adhesive bonding; it costs more and needs tighter die-temperature control. It is not the first choice for cheap general framing.
Applications
Common uses include support frames, cable ladder components, insulating supports, pipe and duct supports, truck/trailer parts, antenna supports, handrails and machine guards. See applications.
FAQ
Can you pultrude to our own drawing?
Yes. Send the cross-section drawing and service conditions; we advise resin system, lay-up and die design.
What about length and tolerances?
Standard 6 m lengths, cut to order; dimensional tolerances follow ASTM D3917; design grades can be discussed against EN 13706.
Do you provide mill test reports?
Factory test reports provided; third-party tests can be arranged per inquiry.
What is the MOQ and lead time?【TBD】
By section and tooling — confirmed per inquiry.
