Polyurethane (PU) Pultrusion Profiles
PU pultrusion uses a reactive two-component system that cures in the heated die, allowing very high glass loading with a tough, wear-resistant surface and excellent fatigue behavior.
Typical Range

| Item | Industry-typical range |
|---|---|
| Standard cross-sections | Structural bars, tubes, load-bearing profiles — custom to drawing |
| Standard length | 6 m, cut to order |
| Glass content | 70–85 wt% (subject to our confirmed products) |
| Resin | Reactive PU system (two-component, metered dosing) |
| Typical use | High-load structural, rails, reinforcement, wear surfaces |
| Colors | 【TBD: standard / custom】 |
Industry-typical reference values, subject to our confirmed products and mill test reports. Do not treat as guaranteed specification.
Resin Note
PU pultrusion demands precision metering and die control; the payoff is toughness, high glass content and good fatigue performance. Ask us for a resin-system recommendation against your load and environment.
Applications
Common uses include support frames, cable ladder components, insulating supports, pipe and duct supports, truck/trailer parts, antenna supports, handrails and machine guards. See applications.
FAQ
Can you pultrude to our own drawing?
Yes. Send the cross-section drawing and service conditions; we advise resin system, lay-up and die design.
What about length and tolerances?
Standard 6 m lengths, cut to order; dimensional tolerances follow ASTM D3917; design grades can be discussed against EN 13706.
Do you provide mill test reports?
Factory test reports provided; third-party tests can be arranged per inquiry.
What is the MOQ and lead time?【TBD】
By section and tooling — confirmed per inquiry.
