We fabricate and offer comprehensive range of FRP gratings which are used in varied industries like chemical, beverage, aircraft, food and many others as a substitute of stainless steel. These are an optional non-skid surfaces which are appreciated for their non corrosive nature. Some of the important features of our finished FRP gratings which have enabled us to have a competitive edge over our competitors

Construction
GRP/FRP Gratings are produced by wet moulding and hot curing in a heated mould. The reinforcement consists of continuous fibreglass rovings in alternating layers, so the loads are distributed evenly in all directions. Regularly Moulded GRP Gratings have a polyester resin matrix. Glass content is approximately 35%. Standard colours are green, yellow or grey, other colours are available according to RAL.
